Saga Travel Group appoints new Chief Financial Officer and Marketing Director

Saga (Logo) Saga Travel Group (STG), which operates Saga Holidays, Escorted Touring by Saga and Titan Travel, has appointed a new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and a new Marketing Director to support its growth goals and synergies across the travel brands.

Raj Sharma joins as CFO, having previously been CFO at Thomascook where he relaunched the business in the UK and Netherlands. With over 20 years’ experience in senior finance roles in travel, e-gaming and FMCG businesses, Raj’s expertise will further develop STG’s business strategy and finance operation.

Lisa Warner joins as Marketing Director for Saga Travel Group with over 20 years’ experience in strategic marketing, digital and CRM. Lisa brings a wealth of knowledge in touring and tailor-made travel, having held senior marketing roles with other leading travel brands including Abercrombie & Kent, Cox and Kings, G Adventures and Trailfinders.

Both Lisa and Raj are now in their new posts.

Saga Travel Group is made up of Saga Holidays, Escorted Touring by Saga and Titan Travel. Saga Holidays operates the brand’s Hotel Stays and new Tailor-Made Travel by Saga offering. Escorted Touring by Saga remains a customer brand, with the tours operated by award-winning sister company, Titan Travel.
