The “833rd Hafengeburtstag Hamburg” culminated on the evening of September 17, 2022: The main attraction on the River Elbe was AIDAprima, which as the centerpiece of the impressive light show “Hamburg’s Sea of Lights”, presented by AIDA Cruises, provided an opulent color painting in the heart of the Hanseatic city.
AIDAprima had taken up position in front of the famous Landungsbrücken, where countless spectators had gathered to witness the spectacle. The fireworks display of lights, glitter and music thrilled the spectators on the waterfront. At the end, Jörg Miklitza, captain of AIDAprima, provided an emotional goosebump moment with powerful typhoon sounds.
On the final day, visitors to the AIDA Holiday World can find inspiration for their next dream vacation.
