Windstar Cruises Restart Catch: Crew Is Not Yet Vaccinated, Ship May Have Nowhere to Go
Windstar Cruises’ newly stretched 312-passenger “Star Breeze” plans to set sail from St. Maarten on Saturday, June 19 on its inaugural sailing, with all-vaccinated passengers onboard. However, the ship may have nowhere to go as fewer than 20 percent of the 178 crew members onboard have received COVID-19 vaccines, and as a result Caribbean islands are turning the ship away.
