Valencia Region ready to start receiving cruises

The new passengers terminal of the Port of Valencia (Artist impression Valencia Port)The Regional Health Authority of the Valencian Region, has drawn up a protocol for the control and prevention of COVID-19 for domestic cruises in the Valencia Region.

With this protocol the Valencian region puts itself on a par with other regions of Spain, which are also adopting this type of measure, so that its ports do not lose the opportunity to form part of the itineraries that some cruise companies are organising within the national territory. This is an important step for the activity while waiting for the national health authorities to authorise international itinerary cruises.

This gives the green light for activity to resume in the region and the entire Valencia Cruise Community has been working together for months, so that the shipping companies that want to bet on a Spanish itinerary, can start the activity as soon as possible.
