Europe’s Most Important Cruise Industry Congress Celebrates Its Tenth Anniversary In Madrid

In its tenth anniversary year, it will be a hybrid event with both in-person and online formats. It will bring together all the key stakeholders of the industry with the aim of looking to a future severely affected by pandemic control measures.

The congress has adapted its schedule to accommodate time zones in the USA, Canada, the Caribbean, South America and many other countries, in order to allow maximum participation from around the world.

During the two days, several presentations, interviews and round table panels will debate the return of operations, new cruise company strategies, excursions and destinations, new investments, fleet modifications and the way to restore consumer confidence.
