Ponant is offering free WIFI aboard its ships
To stay close to friends and family at sea as well as on land, all PONANT passengers will have free access to WIFI throughout the entire ship from January 2019, irrespective of their category of stateroom. This is a first in the luxury cruise sector!
Using a satellite connection, this service allows passengers to take to the sea without losing contact, offering WIFI access in most of the regions travelled by the company’s ships, even the remotest, and for the full duration of the cruise.
This offer fulfils one of the Excellence goals established by the company, with regards to customer experience. It is also a key step in the ship digitalisation process, as all the digital services offered by PONANT will become more easily accessible and at no extra cost.
