TUI Names Culinary Ambassador for Mein Schiff Herz
TUI Cruises has named celebrity chef Johann Lafer culinary ambassador for Mein Schiff Herz. Lafer will be responsible for creating a three-course lunch and a five-course dinner menu for the all-inclusive Atlantic Restaurant.
