INCA Offers $560 Savings on Select Cruises to the Galápagos. Free Airfare on Sailings with Expert Naturalists to Darwin’s Isles
INCA, a specialist in luxury cruises to the Galápagos, is offering free airfare – a $560 savings – on ten of its cruising adventures in June, July, August and October 2018. For more than 40 years, INCA – International Nature & Cultural Adventure has been creating memorable journeys exploring one of the planet’s most fascinating destinations.
The 10-day Origin of Species cruise aboard the yacht INTEGRITY is a perfect example of INCA’s luxury adventure options with savings. Only 16 guests are on board and have the opportunity to get up close to observe the Galápagos’s rare marine life and birds in action.
The wildlife have no fear of humans. Blue-footed Boobies sit guarding their eggs with hardly a glance in a visitor’s direction. An iguana is hard to distinguish from a sunbaked rock. Playful sea lions somersault around snorkelers while a large sea turtle floats by kayakers. And INCA guides know where the albatrosses mate by “fencing” with their long yellow beaks.
The small number of guests leads to a much more personalized experience than on larger vessels that usually sail with more than 90-passengers. “What is clear: a small, well-maintained yacht like INTEGRITY with its experienced crew has more access to more visitor sites and can tuck into calmer anchorages while large ships must remain offshore. And getting 16 guests to a landing site takes far less time than bringing 96 people ashore, giving our guests a more intimate experience with the fascinating wildlife,” explained INCA President Bill Roberson.
“Our guests are intellectually curious and appreciate the highly curated experience that INCA designs. Unlike other operators, we personally select our naturalist guides who are fluent in English and Spanish – many with advanced degrees in marine biology, botany, ornithology and geology – and have been with us for years,“ he added.
And INCA’s cruises through the Galápagos deliver the high level of service that luxury travelers expect, down to the small touches of greeting guests with cold towels and tropical drinks as they return from hiking over lava fields.
