US Shipmanagers acquisites Trans American Ship Holding and Adds Bahamas Explorer to Fleet

Berakah - Bahamas Explorer (Ex Pacific Explorer, Temptress Explorer)US Shipmanagers are excited to announce their acquisition of Trans American Ship Holding Company, Grand Cayman with their DOC as issued by class.

Trans American comes with 20+ years of ship management experience of cruise passenger ships. Its staff of 6 employees, lead by Arturo Calvo Gomez will remain as manager.
US Shipmangers will with this acquisition add the MV Bahamas Explorer to its fleet of vessels that we consult and manage.
