Newbuilding 530, Scenic Eclipse, launched in Uljanik Shipyard
Newbuilding 530, polar discovery passenger vessel Scenic Eclipse, built by Uljanik Shipyard for PEC Limited, a company of the Scenic group, was launched into the sea from slipway No1 on January 31st 2018 in Uljanik Shipyard.
It is a luxury passenger ship for 237 passengers, for ocean cruising including polar seas, with Polar Class 6 COLD DI. Having the length of 168 and hight of 21.5 meters the vessel shall be constructed in accordance with the latest ecological requirements. The vessel is being built under the supervision of the Bureau Veritas Croatia classification society.
This is the first this year’s launch in Uljanik.
