Director Sandra Diana Bratland Has Resigned From Cruise Norway

Cruise Norway’s director, Sandra Diana Bratland, has tendered her resignation to the board after being offered the position Marketing Manager Cruise, Port of Bergen – Norway’s largest cruise port.

Sandra’s last day at work for- and employed by Cruise Norway will be August 31, 2017.

Sandra has done an excellent job on behalf of Cruise Norway which is widely recognized in the industry to be a well-run and well recognized organization with great connection with the cruise lines, cooperating partners and of course also the owners of the company.

The board of Cruise Norway wishes Sandra all the best in her upcoming position at the Port Bergen. We are further very pleased that Sandra and her cruise expertise will remain within the Cruise Norway family.

The board of Cruise Norway has started the process of finding Sandra’s successor and will engage at recruiting company to assist us with this matter. The board has established a hiring committee consisting of:

– Board member Rita Berstad Maraak (Port Director, Geirangerfjord Cruise Port)
– Board member Vigleik Dueland (Director of Tourism, Destination Haugesund
– Chairman Ingvar M. Mathisen (Port Director, Port of Bodø)

Our goal is to have the new Director in place during this coming fall, a Director that shall further develop Cruise Norway further in close relations with our customers, cooperating partners and owners.
