FleetPro management buyout
The management acquired the company FleetPro from the former principal shareholder Waterland Private Equity.
With this step, the measures for the re-orientation of the company initiated by Waterland is successfully completed. The parties have agreed not to disclose any details of the purchase price. A few weeks ago, FleetPro sold the Miami based company (FleetPro Ocean) and its sea going operation activities to Danish investors. FleetPro will concentrate its future activities entirely on the management of river cruise passenger vessels.

Felix Ammann and Frank Reisenbichler join Robert Straubhaar as shareholders of the company.
