Hundested is the new cruise port in North Copenhagen
Hundested will receive its first cruise call next year when Saga Pearl II calls on May 18. A Viking welcome will greet passengers at the quayside.
The Danish port is just 2nm from the pilot station. There is a pier of 350m which can accommodate ships of 230m in length and 8m draught. The height of the quayside is 2.5m and there are rubber fenders.
Anchorage is also possible just 500m from the pier with a depth of 8.2m but there is no tender jetty. Tugs, waste handling, bunkering and provisioning are all available.
