Costa Cruises is offering a guaranteed refund to passengers who dislike their cruise.
For Mediterranean cruises up to 14 nights in duration booked by the end of May, passengers will get all their money back if they are unsatisfied with their holiday. People will only have 24 hours after embarkation to decide and file the claim.
